Corey Fox
Corey is a graduate of Southwest Texas Junior College where he obtained a degree in Wildlife Management. Upon graduation he went to work as Ranch Manager for the Johnson Cattle Co where he managed 5 ranches totaling 3000 acres.
After moving to South Texas, he continued his ranching career as a cowboy for Graham Land & Cattle Company where he also worked as a farrier on the side. Adding to his ranch resume are multiple stints guiding whitetail hunts on two large hunting ranches in South Texas.
Corey’s ranching and wildlife management experience from one corner of Texas to the other has prepared him to help our clients find and develop a plan for their dream ranch.

Adam Bell
Adam began his career in real estate focusing on private residential investments before obtaining his real estate license. After earning his license and joining Legacy Home and Ranch Realty, he successfully transitioned into specializing in Farm & Ranch, Live Water, Recreational, and Investment properties across Texas.
An avid outdoorsman, Adam has spent years hunting and managing leases throughout the state, giving him valuable regional insight into the unique characteristics of land across Texas. His firsthand experience with rural properties allows him to better serve clients looking for the right piece of land, whether for recreation, agriculture, or investment.
Adam lives in Hamshire Texas with his son, Fletcher, and his daughter, Paige. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing a round of bogey golf, and hunting or fishing in the bayous and rice fields of Southeast Texas.
Coming from a small community, Adam understands the importance of giving back. He actively supports several local organizations through volunteer work and financial contributions, including education foundations at area school districts, the Houston Rodeo All Breeds Committee, Hamshire-Fannett FFA Alumni Association, H-F Education Foundation as well as the Future Outdoorsmen of Southeast Texas, just to name a few.

Hayden Benton
Hayden is a graduate of Angelo State University where he obtained a degree in Natural Resource Management. He also holds a degree in Wildlife management. He currently manages the Monte Cruz ranches consisting of over 33,000 acres in Uvalde, Kinney, and Maverick counties which are working cow-calf and Hunting operations. Hayden has extensive knowledge and experience in wildlife and habitat management and knows how to grow Trophy whitetail. His skillset is a huge asset for our Farm & Ranch clients looking to make that purchase of a lifetime.

Jenn Miller
Jenn has been in the real estate and home building industry for over ten years running the office for her husband’s custom home building company and selling properties.
Her passion is in the agriculture field. Growing up in South Central Texas, she was involved in 4-H and FFA and then moved on to work for a cutting horse trainer and help train cutting horses during her younger years.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture-Business Management from Texas State University. After graduation, she worked for the Farm Service Agency in Hays, Comal, Bexar, and Wilson Counties for a combination of over fourteen years working with local farmers and ranchers.
Jenn also sells residential properties but loves dealing with farm and ranch properties and all that goes with it. Selling farm and ranch properties allows her to continue this love for the industry as her businesses and her two children grow. Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, riding horses, caring for her animals, hunting and gardening.

Aubrey Schmidt is a dedicated Farm and Ranch Real Estate Agent based in Fredericksburg, Texas, with a lifelong passion for rural living, land stewardship, and building authentic client relationships. Raised in Washington, Oklahoma, she comes from a multigenerational background in agriculture—her family’s roots run deep in both farming and ranching, from the grain fields of Nebraska to the cattle pastures of East Texas. Her earliest memories include feeding cows alongside her grandfather on the family’s East Texas ranch, a tradition that continues today on her family’s operation in Eastern Oklahoma.
