Corky was the ever vigilant representative. If something could go wrong, it went wrong. But Corky battled through it all and found our dream building that met our needs perfectly. He did all the heavy lifting on the negotiations and contracting and even helped us with the city getting us in and operating.

We started our search for a ranch in Texas in early 2021 right when the market was really heating up. My wife and I found a property we liked and Corky Lindsey was the listing broker. We were so impressed and pleased with how responsive he was. He answered all of our questions and we knew then and there, we wanted Corky to help us on our search for our dream ranch in Texas. We flew down a week later and Corky had done a ton of leg work in tracking down ranches that fit our criteria. He is so personable. 

Unfortunately, our first trip did not give us enough time to find the right property so we continued our search online with the help of Corky. When we found a property that looked amazing Corky was immediately on the road to preview it for us. While at the property Corky sent us videos of all the ranch had to offer, we were so happy. He drove almost 4 hrs to do that for us. We were so grateful to have a realtor take the time to show us a property since we couldn’t get down to Texas. After some great negotiating on Corkys end he got us under contract a few days later. 

Corky is so knowledgeable with all the different areas in Texas and we would recommend him to anyone. We still keep in contact with Corky to this day and we feel we have found a friend for life! 

Can’t say enough about the wonderful work Corky did for us!  He is open and honest and lets you know what’s happening every step of the way!! He went above and beyond helping make the ranch attractive for prospective buyers – including getting permits from the highway department and overseeing installation of a gate and driveway. He gave us peace of mind to know that he would do the best job possible to market the property. From listing to closing he kept us informed and answered our questions and addressed any concerns.  We can confidently say he was a great broker to work with and highly recommend him to anyone thinking of listing their property.
